结核性脑膜炎患者社会支持与生活质量相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的:调查分析结核性脑膜炎患者的社会支持与生活质量现状及其相关性,探讨提高结核性脑膜炎患者生活质量的护理对策。方法:运用世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)和社会支持评定量表,以调查问卷的方式对62例结核性脑膜炎患者、124例肺结核患者、85例健康者的生活质量及社会支持情况进行调查分析。结果:结脑患者的社会支持水平低于常人及肺结核患者(P<0.01),且社会支持与生活质量水平呈正相关。结论:结脑患者社会支持及生活质量水平较低且密切相关,护理人员应着重从帮助患者扩展、优化社会支持系统方面提高其生活质量。Objective： To survey and analysis social support and the quality of life about tuberculous meningitis patients and the correlation between them.Methods： Used WHOQOL-BREF and SSRS to survey and analysis social support and the quality of life about 62 tuberculous meningitis patients、124 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 85 healthy people by carrying on a questionnaire investigation.Results：The social support level of tuberculous meningitis patients was lower than the normal and pulmonary tuberculosis patients（P0.01）,It also showed that social support was positively correlated with their quality of life.Conclusion：The social support and quality of life of tuberculous meningitis patients were in the low level and closely related,nursing staff should improve their quality of life from helping the patients to expend and optimize their social support system.
