高校图书馆精神文化的构成形态探讨

摘　　要：图书馆精神文化是图书馆文化的核心和灵魂,所以建设新时期高校图书馆文化的核心就是构建图书馆精神文化。在对以往研究进行分析的基础上,系统提出了图书馆精神文化构建的九大形态要素(即办馆理念、馆训、馆徽、馆旗、馆貌、馆服、馆风、团队文化以及阅览区布局和装潢),对于新时期高校图书馆的精神文化建设具有一定的理论和现实意义。Library’s spiritual culture is the core and soul of library culture,so the core of the construction of university library culture in the new period is to construct library’s spiritual culture. Based on analyzing the previous researches,this paper systematically puts forward nine formations of library’s spiritual culture including the-running concept,library motto,library badge,library flag,library appearance,library uniform,library style,team culture,and reading area’s layout and decoration,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction of library’s spiritual culture in the new period.
