摘　　要：由于互联网的全面普及和网络的开放性,数字图书馆容易遭遇版权问题的困扰,直接影响到数字图书馆的建设质量。因此,应采取措施做好数字图书馆的版权保护工作,推动我国知识传承的科学性、合理性和有效性,从而为数字图书馆功能的正常发挥提供技术和法律方面的版权保护。Because of the universal popularization of the Internet and the openness of the network,the digital library is easily troubled by the copyright problem,which directly influences the construction quality of the digital library. Therefore,some measures for doing well the copyright protection of the digital library should be taken for promoting the scientificity,rationality and validity of knowledge transfer in China,and thus proving the copyright protection in technical and legal aspects for the digital library to play its normal role.
