摘　　要：在解释项目管理的基础上,阐述了手机图书馆建设引入项目管理的必要性,详细分析了手机图书馆建设项目管理的特点及核心点管理。Based on explaining the project management, this paper expounds the necessity of introducing the project management into the construction of mobile library, and analyzes in detail the features and emphasis management of the management of mobile library project.
