摘　　要：简述了新形势下图书馆面临的挑战,分析了图书馆生存发展应解决的5种关系,包括收藏与利用的关系、公益性与盈利性的关系、纸质文献与电子文献的关系、业务外包与自主作业的关系、搜索引擎与信息资源整合的关系,提出了"坚持图书馆核心竞争力不动摇,图书馆才能生存发展"的观点。This paper expounds the challenge faced by the library under the new situation, and analyzes five relations that should be solved for library’s survival and development, including the relation between the collection and utilization, the public welfare and profitability,the paper documents and electronic documents,the outsourcing and self-working and the search engine and integration of information resources, and points out the opinion of presenting firmly in library’s core competence for obtaining library’s survival and development.
