摘　　要：人事档案是做好人力资源工作的基础。阐述了新建本科院校人事档案管理的现状,针对新建本科院校人事档案管理存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。Personnel archives are the basis for doing well the work of human resources. This paper expounds the present situation of the personnel files management in newly built undergraduate colleges and universities, and in the light of some problems existing in the personnel files management in newly built undergraduate colleges and universities, puts forward some corresponding solutions.
