摘 要:储存稳定性问题是制约胶粉改性沥青大规模推广应用的主要原因。制备了不同胶粉掺量、不同搅拌反应时间、不同软化剂掺量以及不同稳定剂掺量的胶粉改性沥青,通过离析试验研究了其常温储存稳定性和高温储存稳定性,并尝试使用离析试验软化点差结合储存前后软化点变化等指标用于评价胶粉改性沥青储存稳定性。研究结果表明,适当胶粉掺量、较长搅拌反应时间、掺加适量软化剂和适量稳定剂均有利于改善胶粉改性沥青的存储稳定性;采用离析试验软化点差结合热储存前后变化值可以比较全面地表征胶粉改性沥青储存稳定性。The storage stability problem is the main reason of restricting the large - scale application of the crumb rubber modified asphalt.
