摘　　要：作为一种职业文化,模式文化对保障和推动社会实践发展发挥着关键作用。以档案思维和档案工作运行机制为核心内容的档案模式文化是档案文化建设的核心内容。建设与社会主义市场经济体制社会建设相适应,适应网络社会发展需要的新型档案模式文化是当下档案文化建设的迫切任务。As a professional culture, mode culture plays an important role to safeguard and promote the de- velopment of social practice. And that archival mode culture, which centering on archival thinking and op- erational mechanism of archival work, is the core content of archival cultural construction. Therefore, how to make the archival culture construction adapts the construction of socialist market economy society, and make adjustment to new archival mode culture of network social development needs is the urgent task to archival culture construction.
