摘　　要：互联网时代,数字遗产问题不断涌现,其价值和保护日渐引起社会的瞩目。档案部门是建构社会记忆的积极因素,保护数字遗产有利于维护社会记忆的完整性。当前档案学者提出的构建"中国记忆"数字资源库则为数字遗产保护提供了契机和路径。With the problems emerging gradually, digital heritage＇s value and protection and more attention of the whole society. The archival department is an important and constructing the society memory,and the preservation of digital heritage is conducive to have attracted more positive element in maintaining the integrity of social memory. Currently,some archival scholars propose to develope a huge The Memory of Chi- na digital resources repository,which provides an opportunity and a path for the digital heritage protection.
