桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能亢进危象一例

摘　　要：桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺功能亢进症(桥本甲亢)患者较少发生甲亢危象,该文分析1例桥本甲亢合并甲亢危象患者的诊治经过,该例患者以发热、消化系统症状、循环系统症状为主,结合病史、体征、实验室及辅助检查明确诊断后予丙硫氧嘧啶片、普奈洛尔、氢化可的松琥珀酸钠及对症等治疗后病情好转,6周后复查甲状腺功能正常,3个月后随访,情况稳定。Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis with hashimoto hyperthyroidism is unusual to complicated with hy- perthyroidism crisis. This paper reported 1 case of the above syndrome, with fever, digestive and circulation system symptoms. Diagnosis was made in combination of history, signs and auxiliary examination. The patient relieved after taking oral propylthiouraeil tablets, general nailuoer, hydroeortisone sodium sueeinate and symp- tomatic treatment. Thyroid function became normal after 6 weeks. The patient＇s status was stable in a 3-month follow-up.
