摘 要:探讨精浆果糖及精浆抗精子抗体与精子参数关系对男性不育患者的影响情况,为临床诊断、治疗提供依据。使用SQA-V全自动精子质量分析仪对50例男性不育患者精液标本进行常规分析,精浆果糖采用间苯二酚比色法进行测定,抗精子抗体采用间接免疫荧光法进行测定。男性不育症患者中,精浆果糖浓度异常组精子浓度显著高于精浆果糖浓度正常组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而精子总活力和前向运动精子率与精浆果糖浓度正常组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);精浆果糖浓度与精子活动力指数(SMI)呈现出负相关的关系(r=-0.372)。抗精子抗体阴性组精子浓度、精子总活力、前向运动精子率及SIM均高于阳性组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。精浆果糖浓度与精子浓度关系密切,与SMI呈现出显著负相关的关系;抗精子抗体对精液浓度、精子总活力、前向运动精子率及SMI均有明显影响;检测精浆果糖及抗精子抗体对男性不孕不育患者有重要的参考价值。This is to explore the relationship between seminal plasma fructose, semen antisperm antibody and main semen parameters in male infertile patients, and to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatments. The semen routine analy- sis on 50 cases of male infertile patients were measured with SQA--V automatic sperm quality analyzer. Seminal plasma fructose were measured with resorcin colorimetric method and semen anti-sperm antibody were measured with indirect im- munofluorescence method. Among the male infertile patients, sperm concentration in abnormal fructose group is signifi- cantly higher than that in normal fructose group, the two groups were statistically significant difference (P~ 0.01). But there were no differences in the sperm total energy and forward movement sperm rate between abnormal and normal fruc- tose group (P^O. 05). Seminal fructose concentration and sperm motility index (SMI) show a negative correlation rela- tionship (r=--O. 372). sperm concentration, sperm total energy, forward movement sperm rate and SMI of semen anti- sperm antibody positive group were lower than that of negative group (P^O. 05). Seminal plasma fructose concentration was apparently related to sperm density in patients of male infertility. Seminal fructose concentration and SMI show a neg- ative correlation relationship. Semen anti-sperm antibody could affect sperm concentration, sperm total energy, forward movement sperm rate and sperm motility index. Seminal plasma fructose and semen anti-sperm antibody are important fac- tors to male infertility.
