摘  要:针对水性汽车金属闪光涂料制备的关键技术进行了研究,采用水性聚氨酯为成膜物质,通过对铝粉和多种添加剂用量及水性纤维素酯分散体的选择性研究,确定的最佳制备条件为:水性铝银浆6.0%、润湿剂0.6%、消泡剂0.4%、水性纤维素酯分散体3.0%。研究结果表明,本产品的综合性能均能达到客户的要求指标,无论是外观特征还是现场操作性,都可得到与溶剂型金属闪光涂料相同的效果。The key technology skill of automobile waterborne metallic coatings used universally was studied in this article. The waterborne polyurethane was used as a film forming materials, the aluminum powder and a variety of additives and aqueous dispersions of cellulose acetate were studied selectively, the optimal preparation conditions were determined that: aqueous aluminum paste 6.0%; wetting agent 0.6%; defoaming agent 0.4%; aqueous dispersions of cellulose acetate 3.0%. The results show that the overall performance of the products can meet customer requirements. Whether the appearance or field operation, can get the same effect with solvent-based automotive metallic coatings.
