枸杞抗衰老作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究枸杞抗衰老作用。方法　采用枸杞水提取液 ,对小鼠进行试验研究。结果　枸杞提取物能有效提高心、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶活性 ,降低过氧化脂质和脂褐素含量 ,拮抗过氧化损伤。结论　枸杞具有明显的抗衰老作用。Obgective To Study the anti-decrepit effect of Lycium Chinese Mill. MethodIn this paper, we used mice as experimental animals. The results indicated that extract of the Lycium Chinese Mill.(LcM) could increase the activity of superoxide dismutage (SOD) in heart and brain tissues, and decrease the content of lipid peroxide (LPO)and lipofuscin. Conclusion Extract of LcM. had the effect of inhibiting the peroxide damage and antiaging action in heart and brain tissues.
