摘  要:提出了大功率IGBT驱动模块具体研制方案,构建了驱动模块功能框图,完成了模块的设计,结合电路介绍了模块功能的实现方法。此驱动器具有良好的驱动性能和完善的保护功能,具有高可靠性、高共模抑制比、高隔离电压、自带驱动电源、驱动功率大等特点。最后对驱动电路进行仿真分析,并对模块样机进行测试。仿真与测试结果证明,本文提出的高压隔离型驱动方法和驱动模块实现方案具有良好的驱动与保护性能、可靠性高。The function setting of high-voltage IGBT is analyses and a new pulse transfer isolated driver method has put forward. Function frame of driver module is constructed, module design is finished. It introduces realizing method of module function in detail. Good features such as excellent performance, high common mode rejection ration(CMRR), high isolation voltage, driver power offered, powerful driver has been obtained. Finally, simulation analysis on driver module is worked and module model machine is tested. The results of simulation and test prove the isolated modulation method and driver module scheme provides in this paper have good driver and protection performance and high reliability.
