摘　　要：本文以山东瑞博斯烟草有限公司空压站和供热站多组远程数据监控系统为背景,提出利用GPRS公众移动网络和传统工业监控终端设备相结合的无线远程监控的解决方案,详细论述了该系统的工艺控制和功能特点以及采用GPRS网络通信的无线接入方案。重点研究了该系统VB软件的设计与实现,特别是通过GPRS网络进行数据采集和处理的部分。解决方案通过实际的工程验证,方法科学,运行良好。对于地理位置分散,偏远,布线成本高,又需要监控的工业生产系统,具有较高的推广价值。This article based on multiple remote data monitoring system of compressed air station and heating station in Shandong Ruibosi Tobacco Co. Ltd., designing a Wireless Remote Monitoring System solution combined with GPRS mobile network and traditional industrial monitoring terminal equipment, and discusses in detail the process control and function characteristics of the system and wireless access communication program using GPRS network. Focuses on the VB software design and implementation of the system, especially the part about data acquisition and processing through the GPRS network. Through the practical engineering verification, this method operates in good condition. It has a great value for remote, distribute and high cost industry systems that need monitor.
