摘　　要：以科学数据为研究对象,在分析科学数据价值鉴定必要性的基础上,提出了科学数据价值鉴定的五大基本原则,包括全面性、历史性、效益性以及差异性与即逝性原则。并以这五大基本原则为指导,从科学历史与经济价值、科学数据质量、内容标准、成本效益标准以及相对价值与法律道德限制性标准六个方面提出了科学数据价值鉴定依据。Taking scientific data as the object,the authors propose five fundamental principles of appraising scientific data including all-round,historical,beneficial,differential and instantaneous principle based on analyzing why appraise scientific data.According to the five principles above the authors present the general standards of scientific data value appraising,which consists of six points,namely scientific,historical and economical value,scientific data quality,content,cost and benefit,relative value,law and morality standards.
