摘　　要：以某市图书馆版权纠纷案为背景,分析了图书馆开展链接服务司法实践中的焦点问题。在此基础上,从正确理解和运用法律、研究与遵循法律规范和对合理注意义务的履行等三个方面就图书馆链接服务版权保护对策问题进行了思考。on the bac In this paper, the author analyzes the focus problems of library link service in judicial practice kgroun d of a city library copyright disputes case.
