住院产妇医院感染调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨住院产妇医院感染的临床特征及对新生儿感染的影响,为母婴医院感染的预防治疗提供指导。方法回顾性分析3784例住院产妇的临床资料,统计产妇感染发生率,并分析感染与非感染产妇对新生儿感染的影响,统计感染部位分布和生产方式对感染的影响。结果 41例产妇发生医院感染,感染率为1.08%,感染部位以呼吸道和手术切口为主,分别占43.90%和26.83%,剖宫产产妇感染率明显高于阴道自然生产和阴道手术产,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);感染与非感染产妇的新生儿感染率分别为29.27%和1.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产是产妇医院感染的危险因素,产妇感染可能会直接导致新生儿感染,感染部位主要为呼吸道和手术切口,应针对性的加强预防工作。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical features of nosocomial infections among lying-in women and its influence on the infections in newborns so as to provide guidance for prevention and treatment of the mother and children with infections.METHODS The clinical data of 3784cases of hospitalized lying-in women were retrospectively analyzed.Statistical analysis about the maternal infection rate was performed,then the influence of infections of the lying-in women on the neonates was analyzed,and the distribution of the infection sites and the influence of delivery mode on the infections were statistically analyzed.RESULTS The nosocomial infections occurred in 41 cases with the infection rate of 1.08%;the respiratory tract and the surgical incision were the main infection sites,accounting for 43.90%and 26.83%,respectively.The infection rate of the lying-in women underwent caesarean section was significantly higher than that of those who underwent vaginal natural delivery or vaginal operation delivery,the difference was significant（P0.05）;the infection rate of the newborns whose mothers were with infections was 29.27%,1.20% of those whose mothers were without infections（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The caesarean section is the risk factor for the nosocomial infections in the lying-in women,and the infections in mothers may directly lead to the infections in their newborns,the respiratory tract and the surgical incision were the main infection sites,it is necessary to strengthen the prevention.
