益气活血生肌方配合耳穴压豆法对剖宫产术后感染的预防效果

摘　　要：目的研究益气活血生肌方配合耳穴压豆法对降低剖宫产术后感染的预防效果,以益气活血生肌方配合耳穴压豆法降低术后感染率。方法选择2010年3月-2012年3月160例行剖宫产术的住院产妇进行研究;按照随机表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各80例;对照组采用传统西药头孢唑林对孕妇进行预防感染,试验组在对照组的基础上,采用益气活血生肌方配合耳穴压豆法对剖宫产术后进行预防感染;术后,对两组患者治疗的临床疗效进行比较分析,记录两组患者治疗的手术时间和术中出血量,并对两组患者术后感染发生进行比较分析。结果试验组患者治疗的手术时间(37.2±1.3)min与对照组(38.1±1.1)min差异无统计学意义,试验组患者的术中出血量(143.1±1.1)ml与对照组(144.2±1.0)ml差异无统计学意义;术后,对两组患者术后宫颈、盆腔、泌尿系感染以及腹部切口愈合不良、发热发生率进行比较分析,试验组患者感染2例,感染率2.50%,对照组感染8例,感染率10.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血生肌方配合耳穴压豆法对剖宫产术后感染的预防效果良好,明显优于传统西医用药。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Yiqi HuoXueShengJi party with vaccaria acupoint sticking on prevention of infections after cesarean section so as to conclude that Yiqi HuoXueShengJi party combined with vaccaria acupoint sticking can reduce the incidence of postoperative infections.METHODS A total of 160cases of maternal patients who underwent the routine cesarean section in the hospital from Mar 2010to Mar 2012were enrolled in the study and were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 80cases in each.The control group was treated with the traditional western medicine cefazolin so as to prevent the infections in the pregnant women,while the experimental group was treated with Yiqi HuoXueShengJi party combined with vaccaria acupoint sticking on the basis of treatment of the control group,then the clinical efficacy of the treatment was compared between the two groups,finally the operation duration and the intraoperative blood loss were recorded,and the incidence of postoperative infections was observed.RESULTS The operation duration of the experimental group was（37.2±1.3）min,the control group（38.1±1.1）min,the difference was not significant;the intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was（143.1±1.1）ml,the control group（144.2±1.0）ml,the difference was not significant;as compared with the incidence of cervical infections,pelvic infections,or urinary tract infections,and the incidence of poor abdominal incision healing or fever,there were 2（2.50%）cases of patients with infections in the experimental group and 8（10.00%）cases of patients with infections in the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONYiqi HuoXueShengJi party combined with vaccaria acupoint sticking can achieve good effect on the prevention of infections after cesarean section,which is significantly better than the traditional western medicine.
