针刺伤感染的危险因素分析及预防对策

摘　　要：目的研究针刺伤诱发感染的危险因素,并针对性的采取干预对策,以降低感染率。方法调查105名护士过去两年内发生针刺伤率、危险因素、处理方式、上报情况,对结果进行分析。结果被调查的105名护士中有80例有针刺伤史,占76.2%,其中因工作忙碌及拔针时被刺伤占90.0%;所有针刺伤者均及时上报,上报率达100.0%;发生针刺伤后,95.0%的护士及时进行正确处理,但仍有5.0%的护士未进行完全正确的处理。结论多种危险因素与针刺伤诱发感染关系密切,临床应针对性地采取预防对策,达到有效控制感染的目的。OBJECTIVE To study the risk factors for infections induced by the needle stick injuries and take targeted interventions so as to reduce the infection rate.METHODS A total of 105nurses were enrolled in the study,the incidence of needle stick injuries,risk factors,treatment approaches,and report status were investigated,and the results were analyzed.RESULTS Of totally 105nurses investigated,80subjects had the history of needle stick injury,accounting for 76.2%,among which the subjects with the needle sticks injuries induced by the busy work or the needle withdraw accounted for 90.0%;all the subjects with needle stick injuries reported in time with the report rate of 100.0%.After the needle stick injuries,95.0%of the nurses handled correctly,and 5.0% did not handle correctly.CONCLUSIONThere are a variety of risk factors closely related to the needle stick injuries,and it is necessary for the hospital to take targeted prevention countermeasures so as to effectively control the infections.
