摘　　要：从经济学角度来说,慢性病的防控具有外部效应,存在信息不对称以及人们的非理性行为,因此,政府有必要采取行动积极应对慢性病。通过卫生系统以及全社会的战略性干预迎接慢性病的挑战,中国将能够控制慢性病,进而推动社会及经济的发展。From economic perspective, external effects, information asymmetry and irrational behavior exist in the process of NCDs prevention and control. Therefore, it＇s necessary for the government actively take action in responding to NCDs. Through the strategic interventions of health system and the whole society to face the challenge of NCDs, China will control NCDs and promote the social and economic development in further stage.
