摘　　要：目的:比较德尔菲法和层次分析法在公益性评价指标赋权的结果异同,并以中误差方法对最终权重予以优化。方法:等级相关系数法、肯德尔系数与权值精度计算方法。结果:两种方法对权重的赋值具有一致性,利用中误差可在考虑精度的前提下对两种方法所得权重实施综合。结论:两种方法在公立医疗机构公益性评价中均可得以应用,利用中误差可对权重实施优化。Objective： To compare the results of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process （AHP） in evaluation of determining the index of social welfare, and improve the final weight by using the method of mean square error. Methods： Rank correlation coefficient method, Kendall coefficient and estimation of weight accuracy calculation. Results： The results of the two methods of the determined weight have consistency, and mean square error could be helpful for composite application of the two methods under the consideration of accuracy. Conclusion： These two methods could be applied in evaluation of social welfare for public medical institutions, and improve the final weight by using the method of mean square error.
