摘 要:目的:了解上海市助产医疗机构产房助产士长现况、管理困难和需求,为今后加强产房助产技术综合管理、提高助产服务能力提供参考。方法:对上海市78家助产医疗机构产房助产士长采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果:①78名助产士长中大专和本科学历者分别占50.00%和43.59%;中级和高级职称者分别为78.08%和2.56%;31~40岁及>40岁者各占47.44%。②助产士长中近2年有学习进修机会者占15.38%,发表论文者11.54%。③优化培训模式,突出培训主题新颖性、内容全面性、形式多样性,并将培训内容融入临床助产工作管理中去,课程满意度达100.00%。④助产士长管理中面临的主要困难为助产人员缺乏(88.46%)、无规范收费标准(44.87%)、无激励扶持政策(39.74%)和缺少规范培训(23.08%)。结论:加强助产管理队伍建设,逐步构建助产精品培训课程,提升助产培训内涵;营造开展助产技术服务的良好氛围和支持措施,保障助产技术服务的可持续发展。Objective: To explore the current status of chief midwives maternity ward, midwifery management difficuhies and needs in Shanghai, so as to provide a reference for strengthening midwifery management to improve quality of services. Methods: 78 head midwives in maternity hospitals of Shanghai were interviewed by unique questionnaires. Results: ( 1 ) 78 chief midwives who had college and under- graduate degree accounted for 50% and 43.6% respectively; those who had intermediate and senior titles accounted for 78.08 and 2. 56% respectively; those who aged 30 -40 and aged over 40 accounted for 47.4% respectively. (2) The number of those who had training oppor- tunities in last two years accounted for 15.38% , and the number of people who published papers accounted for 11.54%. (3) Optimized the training mode, highlighted the novelty of training topics, the comprehensiveness of content, diversity of form, and connected training were used to midwifery management. The satisfactory rate was 100%. (4) The main problems existing in midwifery management were: lacking of birth attendants (88.46%), the unregulated charges (44. 87% ), no incentive support policies (39. 74% ) and the lack of specific training (23.08%) . Conclusion: It should be strengthened that midwifery management team building, gradually developing elite midwifery training courses, so that to ensure sustainable development of midwifery services.
