摘 要:通过对434-H14复合带材的真空钎焊塌陷原因的分析,确定出提高其真空钎焊时抗下垂性能的所需合理组织。提高真空钎焊时提高抗下垂性能,必须合理的控制皮材和芯材合金的化学成分、铸块均匀化工艺、中间退火制度、冷加工率等。The collapsing reason of 434-H14 composite strips occurred during vacuum bra- zing has been analyzed. The reasonable structure to be needed for increasing the collapse re- sistance of 434-H14 composite strips during vacuum brazing has been settled. In order to im- prove the collapse resistance of the composite strips the chemical compositions of the 434 composite strips should be controlled at a reasonable level, the homogenization technology, intermediate-annealing system and cold rolling processes have been controlled at a reasonable level as well.
