摘 要:以六接剂三甲氧基硅烷为接枝单体、过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,采用熔炼加温水交联方法制备硅烷接枝天然橡胶(NR),研究引发剂和硅烷用量、接枝和交联工艺对硅烷接枝NR溶胀比的影响以及凝胶含量对硅烷接枝NR性能的影响。结果表明:硅烷接枝NR的溶胀比随着引发剂和硅烷用量增大、交联温度提高、交联时间延长和试样厚度增大而增大,随着混炼时间延长和混炼温度提高呈先减小后增大的趋势;随着凝胶含量的增大,硅烷接枝NR的邵尔A型硬度增大,热稳定性改善。The silane grafted and hot water crosslinked natural rubber (NR-g-silane) was prepared by melt blending, and using benzoyl peroxide(BPO) as the initiator, vinyl functional silane as the grafting monomer. The effects of contents of silane and BPO, grafting and crosslinking conditions on the swelling ratio of NR-g-sliane were investigated,and the influence of gel content on the properties of NR-g-silane was studied. The results showed that, the swelling ratio of NR-g-silane increased as the contents of silane and BPO increased, the crosslinking temperature increased, the crosslinking time was extended, or the thickness of the sample increased. When the grafting temperature increased or the grafting time was prolonged, the swelling ratio decreased first, and then increased. The results also showed that,when the gel content increased, the Shore A hardness of NR-g-silane increased and ther- mal stability was improved.
