摘  要:提出一种新的间歇式能源并网引发的AGC需求分析方法,运用极大熵谱分析方法对间歇式能源的波动性进行频谱分析,确定关键时间尺度波动分量,并运用滚动平均法对其进行分离,同时对多个风电场群的波动性从时间维度和空间维度进行分析;根据间歇式能源的预测误差置信区间确定其运行备用容量需求;建立含风电的短期优化调度机组组合模型,考虑风电容量可信度,模拟分析风电并网引发的调峰需求;结合华北电网实际运行数据,量化分析间歇式能源并网引发的AGC、调峰、备用辅助服务需求,算例分析验证该文所提模型和方法的有效性与可行性。A novel AGC requirement analysis method on on-grid intermittent energy was presented, using the maximum entropy spectral analysis method to determine the critical time-scale fluctuation components, and separate it by rolling average method. The volatility of several wind farms was analysed from the time dimension and spatial dimension. The operating reserve capacity requirements were determined by the confidence interval for prediction error of intermittent energy. The short-term optimization scheduling unit commitment model was established, considering its capacity credit to simulate the peak regulation requirement of wind power. The AGC, peak regulation, reserve auxiliary service requirements of on-grid intermittent energy in North China Power Grid were quantitatively analyzed, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model and method were verified by example analysis.
