摘  要:设计一种新型平板型、渗透式太阳空气集热器,以该集热器为研究对象,建立能量转换与传递模型,开发模拟计算程序,并通过实验测试证明此程序准确、可靠。以出风温度和集热效率为评价指标,研究集热器关键结构参数和运行参数对集热器性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着送风量增大,出风温度逐渐降低,集热效率逐渐升高,但变化趋势均渐于平缓;随着室外温度增高,出风温度和集热效率升高;随着盖板透过率增大,出风温度和集热效率升高,且基本呈线性变化;随着集热板高度增大,出风温度升高,且近似呈对数变化,而集热效率降低;随着孔缝当量直径增大,出风温度和集热效率降低,其中出风温度近似呈线性变化,集热效率近似呈指数变化;随着孔缝平均间距增大,出风温度和集热效率升高,出风温度近似呈线性变化,集热效率近似呈指数变化。A novel fiat-plate and glazed transpired solar object, the energy transfer model and simulation program air collector was designed, taking the collector as an was developed, and the experiment was carried out to demonstrate that the program was accurate enough. According to the outlet wind temperature and thermal efficiency, the key operating parameters and structure parameters were investigated. The results show that outlet wind temperature decreased and collector efficiency increased gradually with air flow increasing, but the trend is gentle. With outdoor temperature and cover transmittance increasing, outlet air temperature and collector efficiency increase, linearly change with cover transmittancs. With collector height increasing, outlet air temperature increases logarithmically, and collector efficiency decreases. With aperture equivalent diameter increasing, outlet air temperature and collector efficiency decrease, in which the former varies linearly and the latter varies exponentially. With average aperture space increasing, outlet air temperature and collector efficiency increase, in which the former varies linearly and the latter varies exponentially.
