摘 要:本文介绍了1种从最小投资增量的角度确定建筑节能目标的方法。笔者通过建立建筑能耗分析模型,对多种建筑节能措施进行收益和投资分析,并以年收益投资比(SIR,saving to investment ratio)为依据确定建筑节能技术应用的优先次序,依此顺序对基准建筑模型进行节能优化设计,计算得出建筑节能率与成本增量的对应关系,为从建筑节能投资增量的角度确定建筑节能目标提供方法支持。In this paper,a method used to determine the building energy efficiency target was introduced.The author established building energy analysis models,analyzed the income and investment of all kinds of building energy conservation measures,optimized the baseline building model by these measures in the descending order of the SIR(saving to investment ratio).The relationship between building energy conservation ratio and investment increase ratio was found as the result of this study.Finally,the building energy efficiency target could be determined in the viewpoint of initial investment increase.
