摘  要:以1-烯丙氧基-3-(4-壬基苯氧基)-2-丙醇聚氧乙烯(10)醚单磷酸(ANPEO10-P1)为可聚合乳化剂合成了醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)-叔碳酸乙烯酯(Veova-10)共聚乳液,考察了ANPEO10-P,用量对乳液的聚合稳定性、离子稳定性及胶膜耐水性的影响,并利用热重分析和拉伸试验等方法对胶膜进行了表征。结果表明:当ANPEOm—P。用量为单体质量的5%时,合成的乳液聚合稳定性较好,单体转化率达到96.59%;与常规复合乳化体系(SDS/OP-10)相比,采用反应性乳化剂ANPEO10-P1制备的乳液离子稳定性好,乳胶膜耐水性增强,膜的力学性能提高。热重分析表明:乳胶膜的分解温度为285~510℃,与膨胀型阻燃体系的分解温度匹配性较好,乳液可用于膨胀型防火涂料。VAc/Veova - 10 copolymer emulsion was synthesized with ANPEO10- P1 as the reactive emulsifier. The influence of the dosages of ANPEO10-P1 on the polymerization stabi-lity, electrolyte stability of the emulsion and water resistance of the films were discussed. Mo- reover, the properties of the emulsions and their films were characterized by thermogravimetry (TG) and tensile test machine. The results showed that when the ANPEOI0 -P~ dosage was 5% of total monomer mass, the monomer conversion was up to 96.59%. Compared with the traditional compound emulsifier SDS/OP - 10, the reactive emulsifier could remarkably im-prove the water resistance, electrolyte stability and the mechanical property of the film. Ther-mogravimetry analysis showed that the degradation temperature of the film was 285 -510 ℃, which was compatible with the degtadation temperature range of a typical intumescent fire re-trardant system. Therefore the VAc/Veova - 10 copolymer emulsion could be used as binders of the intumescent fireproof coatings.
