摘　　要：结合GORGON、ICHTHYS和WHEATSTONE等液化天然气(LNG)钢结构模块化工厂项目被动防火设计与建造经验,详细阐述了基于UL1709标准的膨胀型防火涂料在LNG模块化钢结构工厂中不同截面钢材涂层厚度确定、增强网、涂层外延设计以及膨胀型防火涂料施工方法、工艺,同时也阐述了防火涂料施工过程的质量控制与施工方法。This paper has described the design and application of intumescent fire retard-ant paint in LNG （liquified natural gas） modularized plant, in terms of determination the thickness of the coating film on different cross - section steel structures, reinforcement mesh and coatback design based on UL1709 standard and the earlier design experience of intumes-cent fire retardant paint in LNG modularized plant of GORGON, ICHTHYS and WHEAT-STONE and also described the quality control and application of fireproofing paint.
