摘  要:针对国内烧结厂越来越多地使用FMG粉的现状,采用不同FMG粉配比和燃料比进行烧结杯试验,在烧结饼三个不同高度上取样,开展显微硬度、显微裂纹等微观力学性能研究,分析了影响烧结矿微观力学性能的各种因素,讨论了微观力学性能与转鼓强度之间的关系。在此基础上,提出了改进配加FMG粉烧结矿强度的措施。In view of the present situation of using FMG fines more and more in domestic sintering plants, sinter pot tests were conducted at different proportioning ratios of FMG fines and fuels, samples were collected at three different height of sinter cake,and such micromechanical properties as micro-hardness and micro-cracks were studied. The factors which influence the micromechanical properties were analyzed and the relationship between the micromechanical properties and the tumbler strength was discussed. Based on this, the measures for improving the strength of the sinter proportioned with FMG fines were put forward.
