摘　　要：太钢660 m2烧结机装备了中冶长天公司设计的双斜式点火保温炉及热风罩,采用热风烧结及热风点火工艺。该点火炉燃烧系统安装有快切阀、拉杆阀以及自动清扫、自动放散装置,并配备有专家自动控制系统,具有点火强度高、点火均匀、操控及维护方便等特点。自投产以来,运行稳定,点火能耗仅为0.055 GJ/t。Taigang 660 m^2sinter machine is equipped with the double-inclined line ignition and after-heating furnace and hot air hood designed by Zhongye Changtian International Engineering Co. , Ltd, and hot air sintering and hot air ignition process are adopted. The combustion system of the ignition furnace is equipped with quick switch valve, rod valve and automatic cleaning and automatic bleed-off device, it is also equipped with the automatic expert contM system, and it has such characteristics as high ignition intensity, uniform ignition, convenient operation and maintenance etc. Since its commissioning, the ignition furnace has been in stable operation with only 0. 055 GJ/t energy consumption for ignition.
