摘　　要：漓铁球团厂的膨润土配比一直较高,不仅影响球团矿品位,也使生产成本增高。通过择优选用NG膨润土,并按NG土与CX土各50%配合使用,在原料条件、生产工艺基本不变的情况下,成品球品位、抗压强度、转鼓指数等指标均较好,达到了考核要求。尤其是配用NG土后,膨润土单耗明显降低,成品球品位达到62%以上,较更换膨润土之前提高了0.5%。The proportion of bentonite in Litie pelletizing plant is always high, it not only affecs the pellet grade but also increases the production cost. Through optimal selection of NG bentonite,with use of 50% NG and CX bentonite each,and under the condition of steady raw material and production process, the product pellet grade, the compressive strength and the tumble index are all good and have reached the test requirements. Especially, after proportioning with NG bentonite, the unit consumption of bentonite reduces obviously and the product pellet grade is over 62% , which is 0. 5% higher than that before changing the bentonite.
