摘 要:分析了金属矿山企业的资产管理信息化现状,指出了金属矿山资产管理系统设计与开发研究的必要性。基于企业实地考察和需求分析,分析并建立了金属矿山EAM系统的系统目标,并对系统功能模块进行了详细分析及设计,以多工厂协同管理为主线建立了金属矿山EAM系统集成管理流程。采用Power Designer建模软件设计了EAM系统的物理数据模型,以目前先进的框架组合(J2EE+Struts+Hibernate+Spring)技术对EAM系统关键功能模块进行了开发和测试。该系统在金属矿山企业的实际应用使得设备维护的劳动力成本平均降低15%左右,设备备件成本平均降低20%左右,设备维修成本平均降低30%左右,设备停机时间平均降低20%左右,有效地提高了企业资产管理的总体效率。The present situation of informationization management of enterprise asset of metal mines was analyzed, the necessity of designing and developing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system for metal mines was pointed out. Based on the inspection on the site and the system demand analysis, the goals of EAM system of metal mine were analyzed and established, the function modules of the system were described and designed in detail, and taking collaborative management of multi-plant operation as the core, the integrated management flow of EAM system of metal mine was established.The physical data model of the EAM sys- tem was designed with Power Designer software, some key func- tional modules of the EAM system were developed and tested in-tegratedly with the most advanced framework combination tech- nology of J2EE+Struts+ Hibernate+Spring.The EAM system has been applied in some metal mine, as a result, he labor cost of e- quipment maintenance was reduced by an average of 15 percent, the cost of equipment spare parts was reduced by an average of 20 percent, the cost of equipment maintenance was reduced by an average of 30 percent, the downtime of equipment was re- duced by an average of 20 percent, the overall efficiency of enter- prise asset management had been enhanced effectively.
