摘  要:针对难垮落坚硬顶板易造成冲击矿压与瓦斯异常涌出的问题,对唐安煤矿3407综放工作面初采期间顶板进行深孔预裂爆破设计并进行现场试验。实践表明:确定的炮孔长度、炮孔间距等爆破参数合理;深孔预裂爆破能在工作面长度方向整体出现切缝,促使顶板初次来压步距减小9.6m,支架载荷增加,初采采出率提高14.38%,避免采空区瓦斯的突然涌出;深孔预裂爆破后能够避免两顺槽滞后垮落形成的过长进风通道,一定程度上避免了上下隅角瓦斯积聚。To solve the problems such as rock burst and abnor- mal gas emission caused by hard roof that is difficult to break down, the design and field experiment of deep-hole pre-split- ting blasting of roof during first mining in 3407 fully-mechanized caving face of Tangan Coal Mine were carried out.The practice indicated that the determined blasting parameters such as the length and space of blast hole were reasonable;deep-hole pre- splitting blasting could make a through crack in the direction of working face length, and after pre- splitting blasting the first weighting pace of main roof reduced by 9.6 m, the support load increased, the initial recovery rate increased by 14.38%, the sud- den spilling out of goaf gas could be avoided;deep-hole pre- splitting blasting could avoid the formation of long air inlet pas- sage because of the lagged caving of two return -airways, this helps to avoid gas accumulation in the upper and lower comer.
