摘 要:采用液相增黏聚酯熔体,开发了200 kt/a涤纶工业丝熔体直纺生产技术,探讨了高黏熔体输送和大容量多头重旦纺丝等工艺,并与固相缩聚切片纺进行了对比分析。结果表明:涤纶工业丝熔体直纺技术省去了冷却切粒、固相缩聚、熔融挤出等工序,工艺流程紧凑,提高了生产效率,比固相缩聚熔融纺丝设备投资减少44.3%,生产能耗下降32.46%;生产的各种规格的涤纶工业丝质量指标符合国家标准GB/T16604—2008。The melt direct spinning process technology for 200 kt/a polyester industrial yarn was developed by using polyester melt prepared by liquid-state polyeondensation as raw material. The techniques of high-viscosity melt delivery and high-capacity heavy-denier multi-end spinning process were discussed and contrasted to solid-state polycondensation. The results showed that the melt direct spinning process of polyester industrial yarn, excluding the stages of quenching and granulation, solid-state poly- condensation and melting extrusion, was a compact technological process helping improve production effeciency; as compared with solid-state polycondensation melt spinning process, the direct spinning process had a decrease of 44.3 % in equipment in- vestment and 32.46% in production energy consumption ; and the quality indexes of polyester industrial yarn of various specifica- tions were in line with national standard of GB/T16604 -2008.
