耳穴埋针在混合痔围手术期镇痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴埋针在肛肠病手术围手术期镇痛的疗效。方法选择行混合痔外剥内扎术的84例患者,按随机方法分为耳针组与西药组,耳针组以肺、神门为主穴,西药组采用常用镇痛药,分别对术中、术后第1天、术后第3天、术后第7天的VAS疼痛评分进行观察和统计。结果耳针组与西药组各时间段VAS疼痛评分两两比较,术中两组VAS疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),耳针组术后第1天、术后第3天、术后第7天的VAS疼痛评分低于西药组(P<0.01)。结论耳穴埋针在肛肠病手术围手术期镇痛的疗效优于常用镇痛药。Objective To investigate the perioperative analgesic effect of auricular acupuncture for anorectal diseases. Method Eighty-four patients with mixed hemorrhoid undergoing external dissection and internal ligation were randomly divided into an auricular acupuncture group treated with Lung （CO14） and Shenman （TF4） as the major points, and a Western medication group treated with commonly used analgesics. Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） was adopted to observe pain during operation, on post-operation day 1, day 3, and day 7. Result The inter-group comparison of VAS score showed that the difference during operation was statistically insignificant （P〉0.05）; the VAS scores of the auricular acupuncture group were significantly lower than those of the Western medication group on post-operation day 1, day 3, and day 7 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The perioperative analgesic effect of auricular acupuncture is superior to that of the commonly used analgesics in anorectal operations.
