摘 要:目的观察针刺对缺氧大鼠肺动脉高压影响并初步探讨其作用机制。方法复制常压低氧肺动脉高压大鼠模型。大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和电针组。电针组于每天针刺肺俞和心俞15~20 min,各组造模21 d后观察心脏/体重、肺动脉管壁面积/管总面积(WA%)、血浆全血高切/低切黏度、低切/高切还原黏度、RBC压积、RBC沉降率、RBC变形指数、RBC刚性指数、血沉K值、聚集指数等血流变学指标。结果与正常组相比,模型组心脏/体重、WA%及全血高切/低切黏度、低切/高切还原黏度、RBC压积、RBC刚性指数、聚集指数等明显升高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,电针组心脏/体重、全血高切/低切黏度、低切/高切还原黏度、RBC压积、聚集指数显著降低(P<0.05),WA%明显下降,但P>0.05。结论电针对慢性间歇性缺氧大鼠肺动脉高压血液流变学改变有一定的改善作用。Objeetive To observe the effect of acupuncture on pulmonary hypertension of hypoxic rats. Method Rat models with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension were developed and randomized into a normal group, a model group, and an electroacupuncture group. The electroacupuncture group received acupuncture at Feishu (BL13) and Xinshu (BL15), for 15 ~20 min per day. After 21-day modeling, hemorheological indexes, including heart weight/body weight, WA% (pulmonary artery wall area/general vessel area), whole-blood high shear/low shear viscosity, low shear/high shear reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), red blood cell (RBC) deformation rate, RBC rigidity index, ESR equation K-value, and aggregation index, were observed. Result Compared to the normal group, heart weight/body weight, WA%, whole-blood high shear/low shear viscosity, low shear/high shear reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, RBC rigidity index, and aggregation index were significantly increased in the model group (P〈0.05); compared to the model group, heart weight/body weight, whole-blood high shear/low shear viscosity, low shear/high shear reduced viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, and aggregation index significantly dropped (P〈0.05), and WA% decreased without significance (P〉0.05) in the electroacupuncture group. Conclusion To some extent, electroacupuncture can improve the hemorheology in pulmonary hypertension of rats with chronic intermittent hypoxia.
