基于园区经济服务的图书馆联盟建设探析——以晋陕豫黄河金三角“国家承接产业转移示范区”

摘　　要：文章介绍园区经济和图书馆联盟的定义及其相关情况,以晋陕豫黄河金三角"国家承接产业转移示范区"为例,探讨创新建立基于园区经济服务的图书馆联盟的意义、宗旨和目标任务;提出包括提高园区经济主体的图书馆利用意识和信息素养、为其提供个性化信息服务和转变观念、掌握园区经济主体的信息需求、加强信息资源建设与整合的实现机制及保障机制等基于园区经济服务,创新图书馆联盟建设的构想。以期推动我国图书馆联盟建设和"示范区"图书馆事业以及社会经济的快速发展。Taking the ＂national undertaking industrial transfer demonstration area＂ of the Yellow River Golden Triangle of Jin Shah Yu as an exam- ple, this paper introduces the area economy, the library consortia and the relevant circumstances, and explores the significances, purposes and objectives of establishing the library alliance based on area economy service. It puts forward the innovation library consortia service conception including improving the utilization consciousness of library and information literacy of econonlic subject, providing personalized information service and changing concept, mastering information demand of economic subject, strengthening safeguard and realization mechanism of information resources construction and integration, in order to promote the rapid development of library consortia in China and the construction of ＂demonstration zone＂ library and the rapid development of social economy.
