摘 要:逆变器的故障诊断是实现容错控制的前提,有助于提高电机驱动系统的可靠性。针对上桥臂PWM调制、下桥臂常开调制方式下的无刷直流电机驱动系统逆变器,提出了一种新颖的开路故障诊断方法。该方法将PWM周期内ON时的线电压与OFF时的线电压的差值作为特征量进行故障检测;在逆变器的下一工作模式中定位出具体的故障功率管。为了降低应用成本,提出了分时采集端电压来估计线电压差的软件算法与检测电路。最大诊断时间为1个电周期。该方法硬件电路简单、实现方便、可靠性高、成本低,且不受开环、闭环控制等策略的影响。实验结果表明了所提方法的正确性和有效性。Inverter fault diagnosis is the premise of the fault tolerance control, which is helpful to improve the reliability of motor driver systems. This paper presented a novel diagnosis method for the inverter open-circuit fault of brushless DC motor (BLDCM) driver systems in high side pulse width modulation-low side on (H_PWM-L_ON) modulation mode. In the proposed method, the difference of line voltages during the PWM_ON and PWM_OFF time was considered as the fault feature to detect the open-circuit fault, and in the next working mode of the inverter, the faulty switch could be identified. In order to reduce application cost, this paper designed a circuit, as well as the corresponding software algorithm, to get the difference of line voltages by sampling the terminal voltages. The maximum diagnosis time is no less than one electrical period. This method has the features of a simple circuit, convenient implement, high reliability, low cost, and is immune to closed-loop or open-loop control strategies. The experiment results verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
