摘  要:针对在高可靠性应用场合而提出一种五相容错电励磁双凸极发电机(fault-tolerant doubly salient electro-magnet generator,FTDSEG)结构。在对比分析了五相非容错电励磁双凸极发电机(non-fault-tolerant doubly salient electro-magnet generator,NFTDSEG)与五相FTDSEG的结构特点基础之上,推导出了从五相NFTDSEG到五相FTDSEG的定转子极数比的变化,并由此得出五相FTDSEG输出正负电动势各占144电角度。利用有限元分析软件,对五相NFTDSEG和五相FTDSEG的磁链和电势进行了对比仿真分析,特别对五相FTDSEG故障运行状态进行了分析。研究了不同励磁电流下4种故障运行时的输出电压以及电机的外特性和功率特性,得出了故障运行对输出电势以及输出功率的影响规律。分析了在饱和时单相短路故障的输出电压比开路故障时大的原因。最后对样机进行实验,证实了该电机具有良好的容错性能。A five-phase fault-tolerant doubly salient electro-magnetic generator (FTDSEG) is proposed for high reliability applications in this paper. On the basis of comparative analysis on structure characteristics between the five-phase non-fault-tolerant doubly salient electro-magnetic generator (NFTDSEG) and the five-phase FTDSEG the variation of stator and rotor pole number from NFTDSEG to FTDSEG was revealed, and the phase width of back electromotive force (EMF) of five-phase FTDSEG approaching to 144~ was deduced. Then the flux linkage and EMF of both five-phase NFTDSEG and five-phase FTDSEG were comparative investigated using the finite-element method with two dimensions, especially the fault modes of five-phase FTDSEG were analyzed in detail. The external and power characteristics of motor and output voltages of rectifier were researched in four fault modes with different exciting currents, and the influence rules of faults on output voltage of rectifier and power were obtained. Meanwhile, the reason why the output voltage of the rectifier of the single phase short-circuit fault is bigger than that of the open-circuit fault under magnetic saturation condition was given. Finally, the good fault-tolerant characteristics of five-phase FTDSEG were verified by the experimental results.
