摘 要:设计了一款新型高效LED驱动电源,采用双反馈控制回路实现了恒流稳压控制。基于隔离式反激变换器设计了前级功率因数校正电路提高功率因数。采用超微晶磁芯进行变压器的设计,大大缩减变压器体积,进而减小了整个LED驱动电源的体积,提高了整个电源的电能转换效率。实验结果验证了所设计的LED驱动电源功率因数高,恒流稳压精度高,并且在保证较高电源转换效率的基础上减小了LED驱动电源的体积。A novel high-efficient power supply for LED was designed in this paper. The double feedback control loop was adopted to realize the control for constant current and stable voltage. This power supply was based on the isolated Flyback converter with former stage power factor correction circuit to improve the power factor. The superfine crystal core was employed to make the transformer get smaller, which could reduce the whole volume of the power supply for LED. The experimental results of the designed power supply for LED show that both the power factor and the precision for constant current and stable voltage are increased. And the conversion efficiency is improved while the whole volume of power supply is reduced.
