摘　　要：PS12036是一款集成了IGBT功率器件和驱动保护电路的智能功率模块。根据其器件特性和工作原理,设计了基于PS12036的逆变电源电路及数字信号控制器DSPIC30F6010接口电路,研究了采用磁场定向控制算法产生三相永磁同步电机PWM驱动信号的实现方法,并且用样机验证了设计。PS12036 is a kind of intelligent power module integrated IGBT power components and driver protection circuits. According to characteristic and principle of PS12036, the inverter schematic of PS12036 and digital signal controller interface schematic of DSPIC30F6010 was designed, the realization method of three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor PWM drive signal using the field-oriented control algorithm was studied, the prototype was used to verify the design.
