摘 要:以SmCl3·6H2O和NaOH为主要原料,异丙醇为溶剂,借助不同模板剂对Sm2O3微晶进行可控合成。在200℃溶剂热条件下反应48h后得到前驱体,经800℃热处理1h后制得了不同结构和形貌的Sm2O3微晶。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和Lambda 950分光光度计分别对产物的物相、形貌和光学性能进行表征,并研究了不同模板剂对产物的物相、形貌及光学性能的影响。结果表明,不同模板剂对产物的结构、尺寸及性能产生不同的影响。以CTAB作为模板剂时,制备了含有立方相和单斜相两相的、六方片状结构的Sm2O3微晶,其禁带宽度为4.828eV。Sm2 03 microcrystal was controllably synthesized with the aid of different templates using SmC13· 6H20 and NaOH as the main raw materials and isopropanol as the solvent. The precursor was obtained in the reaction for 48h at the solvothermal condition of 200℃. After 800℃ thermal treatment for lh, Sm203 micro- crystal with different structures and morphologies was obtained. The phase, morphology and optical perform- ances of the product were characterized by XRD (X-ray diffractometer), SEM (scanning electron microscope) and Lambda 950 spectrophotometer and the effects of different templates on the phase, morphology and optical performances of the product were studies. The results show that the different templates have the different effects on the structure, size and properties of the product. Using CTAB as the template, Sm2 O3 mierocrystal with cubic and monoclinic phases, and hexagonal flake structure is prepared and its energy gap is 4.82geV
