摘 要:氯丁橡胶(CR)分子主链的双键碳原子上连接有极性氯原子,抑制了双键活性和反应能力,导致CR硫化活性降低,硫化相对困难。采用溶液法,以三溴化硼为溴化剂,引入键能较低的碳溴键,溴化改性氯丁橡胶,提高橡胶的硫化活性。结果表明,CR分子链中α-H被溴取代,其门尼粘度ML(1+4)值较溴化前提高了3.06%,焦烧时间较溴化前缩短了57%,正硫化时间缩短了8.8%,经BBr3改性后的氯丁橡胶,其硫化速度加快。Polar chlorine atom is connected to carbon atom of double bond on neoprene rubber molecular main chain, which inhibits the double bond activity and reaction performance. This leads to poor CR vulcanization ac- tivity and difficult vulcanization. Brominated neoprene rubber was prepared by in aqueous BBr3 solution and its molecular structure of the main chain was converted by chemical method to improve the curing performance. Results showed that CR molecular chain of the α-H was replaced by bromine atom. Mooney viscosity was im- proved by 3.06%. Scorch time and vulcanization time was shortened by 57% and 8.8%, respectively. The vul- canization rate was accelerated.
