摘 要:选取四环素、土霉素、红霉素等3种国内普遍使用的抗生素,研究其在模拟日光(1.7 kW氙灯,300 nm≤λ≤400 nm)下的降解动力学行为.结果表明,3种抗生素在模拟日光下均能发生光降解,3 h的降解率分别达到66.87%、90.55%和92.80%.降解过程均符合准一级反应动力学方程,速率常数(k)分别为:0.0064、0.0138 min-1和0.0155 min-1;半衰期(t1/2)分别为:108.30、50.23、44.72 min.采用LC-MS分析推断3种抗生素主要降解产物,探讨了它们可能的光解途径.Antibiotics are frequently detected as emerging pollutants in aqueous environment.Three antibiotics widely used in China(tetracycline,oxytetracycline,erythromycin) were selected to investigate the degradation kinetics by identifying and determining the concentrations of antibiotics in water with solar simulator(1.7 kW xenon lamp,300 nm≤λ≤400 nm).The results indicate that photodegradation occurd for the three antibiotics under simulated sunlight irradiation.The degradation rates obtained after 3 h were 66.07%,90.55%,and 92.8%,respectively.The kinetic analysis indicated that the pseudo-first-order kinetic model described their degradation processes well.The degradation rate constants(k) are 0.0064 min-1,0.0138 min-1 and 0.0155 min-1,respectively,and their half-life(t1 /2) are 108.30 min,50.23 min and 44.72 min,respectively.In addition,the byproducts from the three antibiotics photolysis were analyzed using highperformance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(LC-MS),and the possible degradation pathways of the tested antibiotics were proposed.
