摘　　要：随着《中华人民共和国海岛保护法》和《全国海岛保护规划》的相继发布,国家海岛事业越来越受重视,海岛城镇经济与环境问题的研究也成为热点。文章在参考相关指标体系研究的基础上,结合海岛城镇的特点,分别从海岛经济综合指数和海岛环境综合指数出发,构建了一套评价海岛经济与环境协调发展的综合指标体系。期望能为海岛城镇发展的决策、管理和调控提供重要依据。Recently Island Protection Law of the People＇s Republic of China and National Island Protection Planning have been officially released. Our nation is paying more and more attention to island cause; Research on economic and environmental issue also has been a hot spot. Based on the related Index system researches, in this paper, combining with the characteristics of the island towns, from the economic composite index and environmental composite index, we build a comprehensive index system to evaluate coordinative development between economy and environment of Island town. We hope to provide an important basis for decision-making, management and regulation of island town development.
