摘 要:分别将十二烷基苯磺酸钠和聚乙烯醇作为改性剂,对氢氧化镁进行在线改性,对改性前后的氢氧化镁的沉降性能、过滤性能、活化度、吸油值和黏度等性能进行了对比。结果表明,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的最佳添加量为2.5%,此时氢氧化镁浆液的沉降速率达到1.111×10-4 m/s,比未改性时增加了近11倍,滤饼比阻减小到21.835×10-10 m/kg,活化度增加到97.62%,吸油值减小到28.5mL/100g Mg(OH)2,黏度也减小到原来的1/2左右;聚乙烯醇的最佳添加量为1.5%,此时氢氧化镁浆液的沉降速率达到5.208×10-4 m/s,比未改性时增加了近50倍,滤饼比阻减小到20.779×10-10 m/kg,活化度增加到97.73%,吸油值减小到25mL/100g Mg(OH)2,黏度也减小到原来的1/2左右。Magnesium hydroxide was online modified using sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or polyvinyl alcohol. The settling properties, filter performance, activation, oil absorption value, and viscosity before and after modification were compared. The optimal amount of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate was 2.5 %, the sedimentation rate of magnesium hydroxide achieved 1. 111 )〈 10-4 m/s, which was 11 times that of unmodified magnesium hydroxide.
