摘　　要：塔里木油田古城8井φ200．03mm技术套管固井具有大温差、长封固特点，针对作业过程中面临的低密度水泥浆高温稳定性差、顶部强度发展缓慢等技术难题，开展了1．3～1．4g／cm3低密度大温差水泥浆体系的研究。开发了温度、加量敏感性小，性能稳定的大温差缓凝剂PC—H42L；优选出耐高压、密度小、价格低的人造玻璃微珠PC—P63；基于颗粒级配原理，对水泥、漂珠、增强剂、防窜材料等合理搭配，结合高温缓凝剂及降失水剂，开发出低密度大温差水泥浆体系，该体系具有沉降稳定性好，顶部强度发展迅速，稠化时间线性可调等特点，能够满足110℃以内温差．一次性封固6000m的长封固大温差作业需求．The intermediate casing cementing of φ200.03mm in Gucheng8 well in Tarim oilfield has the feature of large temperature difference and long section cementing, to solve the cementing difficulty of poor stability in high temperature and slow development of compressive strength at the top during the cementing operation, have the study of low density and large difference cement slurry with the density of 1.3-1.4g/cm3. Developed large temperature difference retarder PC-H42L , which has good temperature and quantity addition sensitivity. Find hollow micresphere PC-P63, with advantage of high pressure-resistant, low density and low price. Based on grain composition principle, the cement, hollow microsphere, enhancer and anti-migration agent are logically matched. Combined with high temperature retarder and fluid loss control agent, developed the low density and large temperature difference cement slurry, which have good performance of good stability, fast development of top compressive strength and adjustable thickening time, it can meet the cement need of temperature difference below 110℃ and cementing length of 6000m in one cementing operation.
