摘　　要：为提高母线槽的产品质量，进一步加强母线槽的耐火性能要求，按照GB／T9978标准的技术要求，设计了母线槽燃烧试验装置。该装置采用封闭炉型设计，以液化石油气为燃料，进行明火加热，通过自动或手动控制燃气供给、送排风系统达到燃烧过程温度的同步，其自动化程度、升温曲线与标准曲线拟合度、安全系数均满足标准要求。In order to improve the busduct product quality, to further strengthen the requirements of the refractory properties ofbusduct,in accordance with the requirements of GB/T9978 standard technology, design of busduct burning test device. The device adopts a closed furnace design, using liquefied petroleum gas as fuel, fire heating, by automatic or manual control gas supply, air supply and exhaust system to achieve the burning synchronization process temperature, its degree of automation, heating curve and standard curve fitting, the safety coefficient can meet the standard requirements.
